The best way to get started! For less than the price of 2 drop-in classes you can explore everything spokehaus has to offer. Open 7 days a week, we offer classes from early morning to late evening. Try out each of our equally incredible instructors and discover the vibe that fits you best!
WHAT to expect

Getting started is easy — arrive early (we recommend 15 minutes before) and our concierge will sign you in, get you to sign a waiver and set you up safely and properly on the bike.
Once set-up and given a brief tutorial by our team on the hand and height positions — clip in and listen to your body, if something feels off — the team is available at any time to help.

Spin shoes are required to ride. We offer them at check-in for a two dollar fee, or if you have your own, feel free to bring them in. Our pedals are SPD compatible.

Hydration is super important, before, during and after a SPOKEHAÜS class — we offer filtered water bottle filling stations in the studio — as well as bottled water available for $2 at check-in.

At SPOKEHAÜS we close our studio doors 1 minute before class start time. Unfortunately, if you are late for class we will not be able to let you in past the scheduled start time of class — it is quite disruptive to the other riders. We will be more than happy to reschedule you for another ride.

We offer a fully stocked men’s and women’s change-room equipped with showers. We think you will love getting ready with us after your ride. Enjoy complimentary apothecary products in our washrooms, hair dryers, hair straighteners, curling irons, hairspray, razors, deodorant… the list goes on and on. If you need it, we have it.

PARKING — Street parking is available on Dan Leckie Way as well as Fort York Blvd. for $2.25/hour.
PUBLIC TRANSIT — Take the 511 Bathurst Streetcar to Fort York, walk east to Dan Leckie Way, South on Dan Leckie will take you straight to the HAÜS on your right.

Can't ride? Please cancel your booking 6 hours before your ride time. If cancelled 6 hours prior to class time, your ride credit will be immediately refunded to your account. If cancelled within the 6 hour late cancellation window, you will lose your credit and incur a cancellation fee.

WE TYPICALLY SUGGEST THAT NEW RIDERS TAKE CLASS 1-3 TIMES A WEEK. AS YOU BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE MOVEMENT AND THE WORKOUT - YOUR BODY WILL LET YOU KNOW YOUR LIMIT.
IF YOU HONOR THE PROPER FORM, YOU CAN SPIN AS MUCH AS YOU WANT! SOME OF OUR CLIENTS RIDE 7 DAYS A WEEK!

OUR STUDIO IS EQUIPPED WITH FULLY OUTFITTED CHANGEROOMS: WE HAVE ALL THE AMENITIES YOU WILL NEED AFTER A GOOD SWEAT. SHOWERS, FACEWIPES, BLOWDRIERS, RAZORS, LOTION, DEODORANT ETC.
